Since March 2020 all public classes have been suspended until future notice of Shelter in Place ending.

Zoom Class Schedule

Mondays – 10:00 – 11:15 AM      &   Wednesdays 10:00 – 11:15 AM Active Yoga

Tuesdays – 10:00 – 11:15 AM      &  Thursdays 10:00 – 11:15 AM     Gentle Yoga

4th Street Yoga Classes (currently closed)

Monday
12:00-1:15 pm Level 1-3
   A mixed level class for beginners with some knowledge of yoga to practice asanas that safely challenge and invigorate.

1:30-2:30pm Gentle Yoga A soothing practice for all ages and body types. Breathing awareness and slow stretching to promote a greater range of movement; standing poses that develop a confident sense of balance and stability, and guided relaxation.

5:45-7:30  pm  Level 1-3  This class allows the time for luxurious openings, touching into anatomy, and then easily finding one’s way to advanced poses.

Thursday
9:15-10:15 am Gentle Yoga
10:30-11:30 am Gentle Yoga
12:00-1:15 pm Level 1-3

Saturday
8:00-9:15 am Level 1-3

New Bridge Foundation  New Bridge Foundation is licensed and certified by the State of California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs and has the highest accreditation from the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).  Classes at New Bridge are for participants in program only.
